Today, for whatever reason, Wayne and I decided it was time to give Charlotte a real meal of baby food instead of just giving her tastes of rice cereal every once in awhile. We settled on peaches (she liked the nectarines, right?) and rice cereal mixed with prune juice. The prune juice gives the cereal some flavor and helps her digest all the new foods. Anyway, Wayne held Charlotte in his lap and I got to feed her. She really seemed to like the peaches and rice/prune mix. Surprisingly, she was not bothered by the horrible smelling peaches At All! As expected she did make a mess but spent the time between bites showing off her smile. She just melts our hearts!
