Tonight Wayne treated my mom and I to an especially yummy dinner. He made pan seared steak, fresh spinach and Alfredo shells – I know, that’s a heck of a Tuesday night dinner. I am such a lucky girl!

Trevor & Meredith's Baby
We just got terrific news – our friends Trevor and Meredith who are expecting their first child in November – are having a GIRL! We are just SO happy for them. Yahoo, now if we can just get them back to Orlando Charlotte will have the perfect playmate!
Charlotte Rolls Again
Tonight Charlotte rolled from her belly to her back! This is ONLY the second time she has rolled and the FIRST time she has done this from belly to back! Wow – she is a quick learner. Of course Wayne and I were talking in the nursery, I was leaning my back against the crib, Wayne was leaning his back against the door – so AGAIN we missed the big moment. I looked down to make sure she was playing nicely and guess what, she had rolled herself over!

Charlotte's Highchair
Wayne put together Charlotte’s highchair tonight. One of our cats, Kieran, was a big help holding down all the parts! Charlotte is a little small for the highchair but we want to get her used to it before we start “solid” foods around the end of August. Thanks “Uncle” Kevin for the beautiful highchair – it is fantastic!
Rolling Over
This afternoon Charlotte rolled from her back to her front for the first time! I course she did it right when I turned my back – but she did it! We were at work and she was laying on a pallet (thanks Paula Whynot) in the middle of the floor and bam! She just did it. At just under 4 ½ months, we are so impressed with her new skills everyday but this is a major development. It’s so hard to imagine that just a few short months ago she was just a baby blob. Now she has a personality and can control her body to make deliberate movements.
